Response -  patient unresponsive and not breathing properly (without a central pulse)

Shout for help

BLS

A - head tilt (if no spinal injury) and chin lift/jaw thrust

B - looking listen and feel for breathing for maximum 10 seconds =

C - begin chest complressions at 100-120 bpm with 5-6cm depth with rebound. After 30 compressions give 2 rescue breaths. Do not interrupt compressions until intructed to do so by defib.
