Typical Dose25mg for 14 days then 50mg for 14 days then increase by 100mg every 7-14 days
Indications* Partial seizures * Tonic-clonic seizures * Focal seizures * Bipolar disorder * Trigeminal neuralgia
Contra-indicationsCautions: Brugada syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Myoclonic seizure(exacerbating)
Side-effectsCommon: Rash, agitation, sleep disorders, tremor, N&V
InteractionsRitonavir: decreases the exposure to Lamotrigine
