AICA - vertigo, vomiting, ipsilateral facial paralysis & deafness
ACA - unilateral motor weakness, visual field defects, sensory loss, dysphasia, dysarthria dysphagia
MCA - commonly affected hemiparesis
PCA - coordination difficulties, cerebellar symptoms
- Right sided facial pain - right sided lesion
- Past pointing - cerebellar infarct
