Gram -ve aerobic bacteria
Diagnosis:
- Rapid urease test during endoscopy
- Stool antigen test for screening
- Urea breath test to check treatment worked
Triple therapy treatment for 7 days (2 antibiotics, 1 PPI):
- PPI (Omeprazole)
- Amoxicillin
- Clarithromycin
